Order of the Sinking Star PS5 Edition & Store Help
The official US PS5 product is Order of the Sinking Star by Arc Games, PlayStation Store concept 10017166. On October 13, 2026 its public page showed $29.99 and Add to Cart, so an old wishlist-only page is not the current US purchase record. If you cannot find it, check the exact game and PS5 platform, your account's country and the matching local store. Japanese console publishing has a separate PLAYISM release record. A correct local product that still fails at purchase needs PlayStation support, rather than an invented region-switching workaround.

Use the product identity, not an old wishlist link
Open the official US PS5 product. Match the full title, Arc Games and PS5. The current public purchase panel showed $29.99 and Add to Cart at the check date.
The US product's release field reads October 9, 2026, while the publisher's global announcement gives October 8. Both records exist; the difference does not make the US product a different game. The release-date reference records the conflict without inventing a timezone or certification explanation.

| Listed feature | Applicable meaning |
|---|---|

| DualSense vibration | The product explicitly lists controller vibration support. |
| PS5 and PS Portal cloud streaming with Premium | The listing attaches a Premium subscription condition to streaming. This is separate from downloading the purchased PS5 game. |
| English voice; Japanese among the screen languages | Screen-language availability is distinct from spoken audio and from availability in the Japanese store. |

Read what a wishlist or missing result actually tells you
- An older announcement still says wishlist
- The pre-release publisher announcements asked players to wishlist the game. The checked US store now exposes a purchase button. An old article's call to action cannot establish current store availability.
- A different country's store has no matching offer
- Sony states that PlayStation Store content varies by account country. The US link proves the US product exists; it does not establish an offer for every country. PLAYISM's Japanese console record still specifies a planned 2026 release and an undecided price at this check.
- Search finds the wrong platform or item
- Check the complete title and PS5 badge against concept 10017166. A trailer, a Steam key or a similarly named page does not identify this PS5 purchase.
- The correct local product still cannot be bought
- A missing result and a payment rejection are different symptoms. Record the exact message; the public US listing cannot diagnose an individual account or billing failure.

Check the account and local product before buying
Confirm the title and platform
Compare your result with the official product above: Order of the Sinking Star, Arc Games, PS5. If those fields differ, search for the full title again rather than purchasing that result.
Read your account country
Sign in to Account Management, open Your Information and choose Edit for Residential Address. Read the country shown at the bottom. Sony says the account country cannot be changed after creation.
Completion signal: You know which regional store your account uses.
Find the matching local offer
Use Sony's country selector and the store for that account country, then search for the game. A Japanese account should use PLAYISM's local release record to interpret a pending console offer. Do not treat switching the webpage to the US as changing your account eligibility.
Check the edition and price panel
Sony supports purchasing through the web, PlayStation App or console Store. Confirm the correct PS5 edition and local price; follow that store's purchase flow only if it offers the matching product.
Completion signal: A matching local offer with a price is the purchase route. A wishlist alone is not a completed order.
Check an existing purchase before paying again
Use transaction history to confirm whether an earlier payment succeeded. A purchased game can be selected in Game Library and downloaded; a payment problem belongs with PlayStation's store support.
Completion signal: You distinguish an owned game from an unavailable or failed purchase.
These checks narrow the problem to a wrong item, a regional offer or an account transaction. They are not a claim that changing a language setting, reinstalling the game or buying a foreign voucher will fix a missing listing.

Stop at the account issue and contact the right support
If the product and account country match but the purchase still fails, use PlayStation's purchase help, which links to payment, download and launch assistance and regional support. Give support the country, product URL, exact error and time of the attempt. Avoid submitting another payment just to see whether the first one worked.
If the question is when the Japanese edition will become available, follow Japan release & PLAYISM. The checked local announcement does not supply a Sony approval explanation or an exact Japanese release day, so this guide does not attribute the pending status to either.
